Features and working principle
Leaking inspector inspect the empty barrels when the barrel under the water, it was moved by cylinder. If there is a hole on the barrels, it must be produce air bubbles. The barrel was inspected if leak. The machine equipped with the automatic water production line. Empty barrels go into machine moved by star-wheel. Cylinders going down when the signal switch open. On the head of cylinder, there is inflatable head which sealed up with the barrel mouth, then inflate for empty barrels (the pressure can be adjust). There are six water storage with water, the barrel dip in the water, after leaking inspect, the barrel rotate to the out position together with cylinder, then cylinder going up, pull up the barrel, the star-wheel put the barrels on the conveyor.
